In 1994, Hal Donaldson founded Convoy of Hope, a nonprofit organization that brings hope to the world's poor and hurting through outreaches and disaster relief efforts. He is also the organization's president.
Hal is also the author of over 20 books.
He currently lives in Springfield, Mo. USA with his wife Doree. Hal and Doree have four daughters, Lindsay, Erin-Rae, Lauren and Haly.

Michael McNamee was born in Northern Ireland . He spent 9 years in Portugal helping to establish a Bible school, a correspondence school and working with International Christian Aid.
He and his wife Beryl have lived over 20 years in Belgium planting churches across the continent. Michael also has two daughters and one grandson.
Michael was the founder of Convoy of Hope Europe in 2003.

Albert Walsweer, a Dutch native has lived in Belgium since 1985.
Albert was founder and pastor of Turnhout Christian Center in Turnhout, Belgium. He has also served as the National Director for ICI Global University in Belgium. He studied electronics at MTS in Zwolle, Netherlands and received his BA in Theology from Continental Theological Seminary, Brussels , Belgium .
Since 2003 he has served as the European Director for Convoy of Hope.

Doug is responsible for COHEU humanitarian aid and disaster relief in Eastern Europe. He is a former police officer and pastor now working with the Assemblies of God World Missions organization. He has a BS in Criminal Justice and is completing his Masters degree at Continental Theological Seminary.
Doug Webber, along with his wife Joan and two daughters have lived in Brussels, Belgium since 1996.

Chris has a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with emphasis in Humanities and Communications. He grew up in Portugal and has traveled extensively throughout Europe . Chris served as Interim Youth Pastor at Christian Center in Brussels , Belgium and has worked with COHEU founder Michael McNamee all across Europe . He has work experience in warehousing, trucking and construction which serve him well in his duties with COHEU.
Chris and his wife Kelly believe in compassion ministry wholeheartedly. They also have a 2 year old daughter named Iliana.

Joan comes from St. Petersburg , Florida where she served as elder under Pastor Randy Helms, Glad Tidings Assembly.
She is a widow and mother of 2. She earned a BA at Southeastern College , Lakeland Florida and attended AGTS in Springfield , Mo working on a Masters of Theology. Joan completed a Chaplin internship at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa , Florida under Chaplain Director, Rev. Joe Webber.
She has served in Belgium since 2004.

Mindy has been working with Convoy of Hope Europe over the past two years spliting her time between the U.S.A. and Belgium.
