Convoy of Hope serves in Newtown, Wales

The Convoy of Hope team has just returned from Newtown , Wales.

We were accompanied and sponsored by a team from St. Charles , MO. U.S.A. (pictured below)

Altogether we had about 30 people but it was hardly enough as we did 6 days of social action in the city.

We painted a huge building for a middle school and completely renovated the gardens of an elderly people's home.

Many in the town were impressed by what we accomplished.

The mayor and the local MP (Member of Parliament) visited us and the local paper wrote an article on Convoy of Hope.

On Saturday we had an event attended by over 800 people with 200 volunteers.
